  • Personopplysninger er enhver informasjon som direkte eller indirekte kan knyttes til deg som enkeltperson. I avsnittet «Hvilke personopplysninger samler vi inn om deg?» finner du informasjon om hva slags personopplysninger det er snakk om.
  • Lokaliseringsdata er alle de opplysningene som angir den geografiske posisjonen til din enhet som bruker nettet. Det at du har på GPS og benytter deg av tjenester som facebook og lignende gjør at du oppgir lokaliseringsdata.
  • Anonymiserte opplysninger er opplysninger hvor vi har fjernet de opplysningene som gjør at en kan identifisere deg som enkeltperson. Resultatet er at du blir beskrevet på en mer generisk måte i våre systemer, eksempelvis: mann, 25 år gammel, Bergen.
  • Behandling av personopplysninger er enhver form for bruk av personopplysninger. Med bruk mener vi innsamling, lagring, endring, målretting, og sletting. Alle innsamlede personopplysninger gjennom forskjellige aktiviteter er forbeholdt eget bruk og vil ikke distribueres.
  • Cookies, informasjonskapsler på norsk, er små digitale datapakker som lagres i din nettleser. Disse samtykker du til gjennom din benyttede nettleser.
  • Script er koder som kjøres ved innlasting av en side eller klikk på en knapp. Koden registrerer at en handling har skjedd, samt eksempelvis: hva som skjedde, når, hvor og av hvem (ofte generisk info som sted, kjønn, alder og liknende. Hvis handlingen er koblet opp til en profil på sosiale medier vil plattformen koble handlingen med din profil).

Når du besøker vår nettside samler vi inn anononym informasjon om deg og dine handlinger på nettsiden. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed. 

The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state. 

You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a «terrorist supporting» country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties. 

Severability and Waiver
